DPS Staff Appreciation Award
Recently, Ms. McFadden was recognized as recipient of Durham Public Schools' Staff Appreciation Award. She was awarded with a visit from Superintendent Carl Harris and Executive Director of Recruitment and Retention, Fred Williams. She was presented with a bouquet of flowers and a gift certificate to one of Durham's favorite restaurants. Ms. McFadden did not forget about her little scholars and gave them an opportunity to shine in her spotlight by having them take a picture with the Superintendent and Mr. Williams!
